AssistMe is a cloud web application that companies can use as a central tool for the customized application of generative AI. Tailor-made means that real use cases from the company’s own organization are integrated on the basis of the roles it plays.
A use case describes how a user interacts with a system in order to achieve a specific goal. It shows which steps are necessary for this and how the system reacts to them. For example, a use case could explain how to make a purchase or book a ticket in an app.
To create use cases for your needs, you must first define exactly what you want to achieve with the system. After that, steps and wishes for using the system should be described. It also helps to mention possible problems or special requirements so that the use cases fit the user better.
A prompt is a request or instruction given to an AI model to prompt it to perform a specific reaction or action. Prompts can be in the form of text, images or other data and are used to control the AI or to present it with a specific problem to solve.
First of all, the data in AssistMe is secure. This is because data security is based on the respective Generative AI that is used to achieve the desired results. AssistMe integrates ChatGPT from OpenAI by default and uses its measures to protect privacy and security. User input is used to improve the quality of the model, but not without consent. The input data is not stored permanently or used for advertising purposes.
AssistMe uses ChatGPT from OpenAI, in the freely available version 3.5. Companies can use AssistMe as a white label version in a web cloud for their own purposes. There is the possibility to integrate e.g. personalized OpenAI keys (paid version which can do more) or to integrate other generative AI tools (contact us to clarify these possibilities).
In principle, there are no use cases that cannot be implemented technically. However, the question is whether the creation of complicated use cases is worthwhile for users. Because the more complicated they are, the more engineering effort is required. So that we can assess this, you should definitely consult us in advance.
In principle, the restricted version of ChatGPT from OpenAI is freely available. We integrate this version by default, which already leads to very good results. If a paid version of the OpenAI key is to be integrated, we are happy to do so. However, payment for these keys is made by the license owner directly and outside of AssistMe.
Since AssistMe is an “all-in-one” solution that is specifically tailored to the organization (roles and use cases), there is a small fee per user per month. In addition, we charge a needs-based monthly flat rate for monitoring, ensuring data security and the error-free functioning of the application.
