About the Role

We are looking for a HR Generalist and IT Recruiter who will take the lead with all HR and recruiting-related topics. You help us to fast-pace our company growth with amazing employees and to establish a fun and top-notch working culture. This role include the following main duties:

  • You develop and build an innovative and timely sourcing strategy to drive candidate pipelines, including social media channels, events, meet-ups and conferences
  • You build a trusted partnership with the Leadership Team and provide consultative support to drive the recruiting process in a timely and efficient manner
  • You evaluate and find suitable candidates by discussing job requirements and candidate qualifications with the Leadership Team and conducting candidate interviews
  • You will introduce new employees to fully integrate them into the Riwers universe so that they are quickly ready to work on client projects.
  • You promote the company’s reputation as the «best place to work» by organizing team events and promoting them on social networks
  • You participate in other HR activities when it comes to benefits, culture and company values

About you

Apart from being an amazing, honest and funny personality you should bring those skills:

  • You have 3+ years of proven successful recruiting experience in a high-growth environment
  • You have ideally already gained experience with comparable positions in the field of IT/software development
  • You ideally have previous experience with general HR activities
  • You have experience in identifying, developing and maintaining an extensive network of passive candidates
  • You have a proven track record of using social media platforms to build and manage a pipeline
  • You are a creative thinker with the ability to develop and establish next generation recruiting solutions
  • You have good communication skills in English (written and verbal)

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced HR Pro to build and establish recruiting and HR processes in an IT company from scratch and for the long term
