AssistMe is a web application of the cloud, which companies can use as a central tool for the tailor-made application of Generative AI. Tailor-made means that real use cases from the own organization are integrated on the basis of the lived roles.

In order to create use cases for your needs, you must first define exactly what you want to achieve with the system. Then you should describe the steps and wishes for using the system. It also helps to mention possible problems or special requirements so that the use cases better suit the user.

There are basically no use cases that cannot be technically implemented. The question is, however, whether the creation of complicated use cases is worthwhile for the users. Because the more complicated they are, the more engineering effort is required. In order for us to assess this, you should definitely consult us in advance.
Basically, ChatGPT from OpenAI is freely available in its limited version. We integrate this version by default, which already leads to very good results. If a paid version of the OpenAI Keys is to be integrated, we are happy to do so. The payment of these keys is made directly by the license owner and outside of AssistMe.
Since we offer an “all-in-one” solution with AssistMe, which is specifically tailored to the organization (roles and use cases), a small fee is charged per user per month. In addition, we charge a monthly flat rate as required for monitoring, ensuring data security and the error-free functioning of the application.
